Aircraft Piper Seminole DX

The Piper Seminole DX is the diesel generation of the classic twin trainer: two DeltaHawk DHK 180 engines running on Jet A-1, 330 km/h cruise and 2,006 km of range.

The Seminole DX replaces avgas with the fuel every large airport in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the wider region actually stocks — Jet A-1. For a flight school in the CIS this removes the single biggest operational headache of piston twins.

Versus the avgas Seminole, Piper quotes 35% lower fuel burn, a 32% better single-engine climb rate and a 70% higher single-engine ceiling.

Handling and the Garmin G1000 NXi suite carry over unchanged, so existing training syllabi transfer directly. First customer deliveries are expected from late 2026.

The same Jet A-1 logic extends to single-engine training with the Archer DX.

Choosing an aircraft to purchase is an important step that will determine the comfort of your flights. Here are the key factors to consider:

Purpose of aircraft:

Short business trips: a small but comfortable aircraft such as the Cessna Citation CJ3+ or Embraer Phenom 300E is suitable for business meetings.
Family/friends vacations: if you are traveling with a large group of people on a medium distance, choose more spacious models, such as Bombardier Challenger 605 or Gulfstream G450.
Transcontinental flights: for long flights, you need an aircraft with long range and sleeping places, such as the Bombardier Global 6000 or Gulfstream G650ER.

Number of passengers:

Determine medium number of passengers that are flying most of the time, to select an aircraft with enough seats and comfort level for everyone.

Distance and route:

Consider the range of 80% of your most popular flights for the chosen model and the possibility of landing at the destination airport. Consider the specifics of your route: mountainous or maritime terrain may require Aircrafts with specific specifications. We can help you with this!

Budget:

LOI and contract

You will need to sign a Letter of Intent to purchase the aircraft (LOI), pay a deposit and sign an Aircraft Purchase Agreement drafted by our experienced lawyers.

Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI)

We will arrange an independent technical inspection of the aircraft at a certified center to ensure that it is safe and in good working order. You will receive a detailed report on the technical condition of the aircraft to be sure of its reliability. As a result, you will receive a fully operational airworthy aircraft.

Deal closing

At this stage, the aircraft is flown to the closing location and the aircraft is paid for in any way you like. The transaction is conducted through an escrow agent, which guarantees the safety and transparency of the transaction. Your funds will be sent to the seller only after receiving all necessary documents for the aircraft.

Getting an aircraft

We will organize a delivery ceremony to put the aircraft at your service. And we will ensure that your new aircraft gets off to a comfortable start. If necessary, we recommend the operator, insurance company and trusted maintenance center.
