Ground handling services for flights include meeting and escorting passengers, baggage handling, stepping boarding, refueling, document processing, and cabin cleaning. Cycle
One complete takeoff and landing. The service life of the airframe, landing gear, and some components is calculated in cycles, not just hours, since takeoff and landing loads are at their maximum. An aircraft with a low number of cycles and extensive flight time (long flights) is valued higher than one with intensive short-haul flights.

Charter
Rent The entire aircraft is reserved for a specific flight: the customer pays for the entire aircraft, not per seat. The price typically includes the crew, airport fees, and basic catering; crew positioning, downtime, and overnight accommodation are charged separately. The rate depends on the class—from $1,800/hour for a turboprop to $30,000/hour for a business jet.

The ratio of airspeed to the speed of sound; for business jets, cruise values are Mach 0.80–0.94. The higher the Mach number, the shorter the flight time, but the higher the fuel consumption and the higher the demands on the airframe.
